JR Norokko Sightseeing Train
The JR Norokko sightseeing train began summer service today, with the first train arriving from Asahikawa and Biei at 11:40.
The Norokko is a relaxing sightseeing train with seats arranged to allow passengers to enjoy the passing scenery.
There are three trains daily in each direction, mainly between Biei and Furano, with the first and last trains having service to Asahikawa.
The Norokko train also stops at the seasonal Lavender Farm station, the closest to Farm Tomita.
