The Kitanomine Gondola opened for the 2023-24 season this morning at promptly 9:00 AM. While the Kitanomine Zone opened on Dec 23, there hasn't been enough snow on top, due to uncooperative recent storms blowing snow away from the runs.

All is good now. The Gondola will operate from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM daily, which will gradually extend as the season progresses.

The First-in-Line people arrived at 8:00 AM to secure their place!
